First, I love how professional and knowledgeable the owner is. She explains her product and the benefits of it. Second, The oil helps with different things. I personally use mine for my hair/scalp and my face when I have pimples. They reduce the pain and clear overnight. My significant other uses the Refresh Spray and he loves the feel and smell that it leaves in his beard.
